My previous employer was amazing and taught me the ropes of interpreting. The work environment was good in my opinion. The only issue was looking for more room to grow and I felt I was not goin to get it there. Excited to take this challenge and be a trainer, hope you can entrusts me with this responsibility. I am aware of the challenges that may arise, but confidante that you will not be disappointed.
Providing a professional service, involving fast and accurate interpretation for appoints, general medical intake and in cases pre/op procedures and instructions. Doing the best to keep proper vocabulary and clear messages. Most call are routine medical check ups and appointments maybe even only reminders or setting them up. but the calls that I could sense a deep tension, calls that start with questions like "do you feel prepared to continue?" Those calls where the tone and usage of the correct words can mean the difference between a confusion ending in a misunderstanding or just a clear flow of speech. Where not only one has to talk about private but at time even traumatic events, there should be no room for confusions.
Basically taking calls and interpreting.
