Most call are routine medical check ups and appointments maybe even only reminders or setting them up. but the calls that I could sense a deep tension, calls that start with questions like "do you feel prepared to continue?" Those calls where the tone and usage of the correct words can mean the difference between a confusion ending in a misunderstanding or just a clear flow of speech. Where not only one has to talk about private but at time even traumatic events, there should be no room for confusions.
