• Plan and control of stocks in the magazines to ensure that the customer is never short of explosives supply

• Coordinate the utilization of explosive truck to maximize truck efficiency whilst minimizing cost

• Supervise of down –the-hole-delivery explosive in a safe and efficient delivery manner and application of products and services, by planning, executing and evaluating operations.

• Prepare production reports for submission and carrying out reconciliation with clients for invoicing

• Provision of clever customer solutions to suit operations and minimise operational cost thus increasing profit

• Conduct quality control checks during loading at Pit to ensure product quality conform with set standards.

• Performe basic technical service delivery such as VOD, vibration fragmentation measurement and blast videoing ..

• Prepare daily production reports.

• Record time and motion studies of drill rigs, excavators and dump trucks

• Managed fatigue of dump truck operators

• Supervised drilling, loading and haulage operations
