I have a solid career in academia and multidisciplinary experience in design, drawing and development of real estate projects in Bolivia, my work experience has been enriched in the field of design of housing projects, commercial areas and recreation areas, developing them from their Urban implementation, drawing of commercial plans, technical plans for construction and approval plans.
My experience ranges from planning to project execution, combining technical skills with creative vision. My track record demonstrates the ability to adapt to different contexts and regulations, ensuring quality results. My passion for excellence in design and efficiency in execution positions me as a valuable asset to any team.
Work on site has given me knowledge and experience to mitigate prior to construction, during construction, during delivery and after delivery, construction non-conformities and customer dissatisfaction, guaranteeing savings in costs and time.
