- Supervision and management of administrative procedures: checks, communications, hiring, terminations, activation, management of internships, union disputes, and onboarding of new hires;
- Monitoring of hours, permits, vacation, illness, and other absences;
- Management of documents related to TFR (severance pay), tax deductions, and tax declarations for employee positions;
- Monitoring of tax and regulatory deadlines;
- Management of procedures related to accidents, illnesses, maternity leave, vacation, salary deductions, union fees, and pension funds;
