Provide accurate provision information for each monthly closure.

Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated follow up reports for all entities and any report requested by internal or external clients.

Forecast annual closure and budget versions.

As 3C leader, identify, propose, report and follow Cost Saving initiatives for the current period with the support of the 3C Champions.

For treasury, coordinate project and non-routine activities and provide support to Treasury users with HQ for their tools.

Business improvement through process' optimization, data management, applications and associated systems.

Capture business requirements with functional specifications.

Feasibility and opportunity studies preparation (considering organizational, integration and technical limitations).

All-phases projects management (From Project Charter until Go-Live and Post-go live Operation Support).

Maintain the roles as SAP Coordinator position.

Responsible of integration between SAP Business areas.

Management of local and HQ request (assistance, changes, upgrades, evolutions) with HQ and Support team.

User/Key Users’s communities management, including 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support; documentation Sharepoints (Manual, guidelines, etc.); and trainings.

User’s Roles & authorizations’ management (DOA; delegations; etc.).

Execute SAP's SOX Controls with due evidence.

Support with reports requirements from SAP Business areas.

Provide assistance for internal and external audits.

As Method's engineer:

- Controlling and reporting all C&P Processes of the affiliate through KPIs follow-up.

- Guarantee that Processes comply with all Company rules, and other referential documents.

- Development technical and process improvements within area.

- Procurement savings follow up and reporting..

- New users training and User Support for e-Sourcing tool.

- Preparation and update of library’s content of e-Sourcing tool.

- e-Sourcing tool reporting.

As SAP MM Key User:

- New users initial training and refreshments.

- 2nd level Support for Affiliates users.

- Elaboration and updates of Work Instructions for MM Module (1st level Support’s documentation).

- Follow up MM new requirements or new processes.

Coordination and execution of C&P process on time with focus on Drilling / Project Services Contracts complying with technical, HSE and Legal requirements and with high ethics and within E&P Standards.

- Annual Budget preparation and control.

- Preparation of Bids to present in tenders processes.

- Budget preparation for engineering projects, as part of Frame Contracts with clients REPSOL, VINTAGE y YPFB ANDINA.

- Evaluation and resources management of new projects.

- Negotiation and modification of the company´s contracts.

- Commercial relationship with customers and vendors.

- Project's control and monitoring.

- Human resources administration.

- Health Safety and Environment and Integrated Quality System responsible.
