Graduated in Biotechnology, currently a Molecular and Cell Biology student. My scientific interest is focused on investigating the structure-function relationships of biomolecules, understanding the molecular mechanisms of diseases and developing targeted therapies.
In my spare time, I am involved in planning and conducting mini-basketball training. This job has allowed me to develop not only technical skills but also those in team management and collaboration.
I am in charge of planning and conducting Minibasket workouts.
Trainee at Molecular Pathology Laboratory. The aim of the thesis project was the molecular characterization by Next Generation Sequencing of 'long surviving' pancreatic carcinomas.
Skills acquired during training: DNA extraction methods and quantification, next-generation sequencing (NGS), real time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR).
