- Oversaw the daily closure process of the bank's data warehouse, ensuring accurate data loading, and providing support and troubleshooting in case of errors. Took ownership of decision-making and implemented timely, effective solutions to accommodate last-minute changes. The technology used was SQL, SSIS (Microsoft Integration Services), SSAS (Microsoft Analysis Services), OLAT, and OLAP databases.
- First experience leading a small analytics team, which led the project "Analyzing Customer Purchasing Behavior through the use of the Bank's Financial Products." This project required technical skills in data loading, cleansing, and integration to complete information that did not exist in the bank's current data warehouse. Additionally, I worked with statisticians who were responsible for generating customer behavior models using R and Python tools.
