• Managed daily operations, delegating tasks appropriately to a 25 peolple team that work in 5 different cities and in hybrid work; to ensure smooth functioning of the facility and the team.
• Coordinated with other departments to improve overall company efficiency and effectiveness reviewing their processes.
• In charge of operating new products on the market; once the idea and the negotiation is closed; we have to make it possible to deliver to our client and design the way to make it the best way in the less time possible
• Spearheaded process improvements that resulted in reduced lead times, increased output, and improved overall operational efficiency.
• Major challenges have been operating through the, working remotely, and a new CORE system that is being implemented currently.

In charge of two branches and a team of 24 people in total, I had to carry out all activities from the commercial, administrative side, coordination of the different areas, claims administration and team management. I made many trips to meet clients and negotiate their different needs in terms of the insurance product and programmes.
